While this is targeted at a healthcare setting, I think the world could use a while lot more empathy in all realms. Like I said in my last post, don't assume you know what is going on in someone else's mind. Every person you pass by in your day has thoughts and concerns going on in their head that you know nothing about unless you actually connect with them.
