The SRA Launch is a Go for Saturday February 20th.
The SRA Club has received a Special Event Permit for our launches on the third Saturday of the month.
We can't block roads (one lane fully passable for Emergency Vehicles) and only park and setup beside the roads (from the edge and not more than 15' from the edge) not well off the roads on Private Property.
We are on our best behavior for a while.

The actives begin about 9:00 am with setup and the launch starts at 10:00 AM and will run until around 4:00 PM or when everyone gives up. There is a $5 non-member launch fee.
The Low/Mid Power/High Power sigh in sheets/cards have been changed again to a common launch card, please only use the new ones at the LCO table. You can also find an Acrobat file of them at

The weather will have about 5% to 10% cloud cover at anywhere from 2500' +. The wind is looking to be around to 15 mph gusting to 20 mph. Temperatures to be in the mid 60's, dress in layers. Still bring shade and water.
Bernie will be on site with his supply of CTI motors, He take only cash and some checks. Brian the Motor Man will not be attending.

#^http://www.spaceportrocketry.org/Competition.htmlThe City of Palm Bay has reminded us that the speed limit on all the roads in the Compound is 30 mph (they are monitoring) and that there are Heavy White Lines on the intersection of the roads that are really STOP SIGNS.
The City has added STOP Signs and the Police are patrolling the area.
Following guidelines set forth from NAR, state & local authorities, the following Rules of Conduct to be adhered to:
Rule 1: If you are sick, not feeling well or are experiencing a fever, stay home!
Rule 2: Masks MUST be worn at or near the LCO table.
Rule 3: No crowding the LCO area and unless you are flying with family & close friends, everyone will maintain safe distance of 6’. Violators will not be tolerated!
Rule 4: No one touch anything on LCO table other than launch cards. Launch cards will be filled out away from the LCO. Regardless of motor impulse class (HP or LP), each flyer will use an individual launch card for each rocket launched.
Rule 5: Everyone should have their own writing utensil and this writing utensil shall be used for continuity testing at the pad (zero human contact if at all possible).
Rule 6: Any rocket that needs an RSO inspection will not be handled by anyone other than the flyer. The flyer will point out any items on rocket that might be a concern.
Rule 7: Flyers are expected to have some type of hand sanitizer.
