Apparently we became Italian for New Year's Eve. Pasta with lentils and clams, and a glass of 2018 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Not too bad. :-)
I'm a slow and lazy chef, so I think I'll start posting recipes for slow and lazy people. I'd like to attach a printable version. Any suggestions besides PDF?
Anyway, I'd like to wish everyone an excellent 2024. (I almost typed "2014" there. How did it get to be nearly a quarter of the way into the 21st Century, and where's my flying car and my lunar flight reservation?)
