I have no idea why the NSA didn't release it until now. I'm sure she must have given a similar talk in many places. I know I've seen the nanosecond visual before. Was it simply classified by default and only recently declassified? Was it never classified, but just sat forgotten on a shelf?

I would have just been starting my sophomore year as a Computer Science major when this talk was given. I wonder if she ever gave a talk at UF while I was a student. The AI tool in the Brave search engine claims there is no record of her speaking there.

There is a similar presentation that she did at MIT in 1985 #^https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR0ujwlvbkQ , The quality of the footage both in audio and visual is better by the NSA release (the ones you posted). So the NSA release was either cleaned up or just better footage.
