New nose cone for the EZI-65 3D printed in thick ABS plastic. This is a custom design based off of a Von Kármán 5:1.
I will use acetone vapor to smooth and increase strength, although it is already extremely strong. Cording attaches to standoff blocks that are inside just above the mid-point. There is a cap that will attach just aft of the midpoint so that electronics can be stored in the upper section. The lower section will house drogue or main parachute, depending on final design.
