I'm curious if any of my US-based contacts have experienced this shitfuckery:
Our insurance provider and a local medical provider network had contract issues and parted ways a few months ago. Our kids were being treated in that provider network. At the last visit, we were told they can't provide service as an out-of-network provider and they can't provide service on a cash basis. In fact, they said because we are with insurance provider X, it is ILLEGAL for them to continue to provide service to our kids.
