The headline should actually ready "potentially unvaccinated" because the county has does not have a mandate. For all we know, the workers in question were actually vaccinated.
Meanwhile, in California, they are allowing covid-infected healthcare workers who are currently asymptomatic, but vaccinated, to keep working. But, if you are unvaccinated, but not infected... well, good luck with that.
