For week 4 of #skeeball, the Mo-skeetos face off against the #1 Thundo Cats. Maybe only 2 of them will show up, LOL. Or maybe that would be bad because we might lose against a 2-person team again.

It is also team picture night. At least 2 of us will be dressed as clowns. Opal says her "real" costume is under the clown suit, so I guess we are in for a surprise. I guess we will see tonight if Mike caved in. He said he could go for "killer klown from outer space", so maybe we will have 3 clowns.

As for rolling strategy, I'm leaning strongly against the idea of swapping back and forth every frame. I guess we shall see how pre-game practice goes. If rolling for hundos sucks, maybe I'll go back to all up-the middle. If it doesn't suck, maybe I'll try some all-hundo frames (with the option of bailing out if I miss the first 4 or 5).

I guess we shall see if I can roll in a clown suit!

We lost 755-1034. I lead the team with a 276, which is my 2nd highest of the season, and maybe of ever. In practice, I rolled a frame of all right hundos and a frame of all left hundos and got a total of 1, so I rolled up the middle tonight and ended up with a range of 23-33. A lot of people had trouble with hundos on that lane tonight.

Opal and I rolled in our clown suits all night. Mike was not a clown, but he did put on a hat for the pictures. Opal's "real" costume was Strawberry Shortcake, which might have impaired my scorekeeping, had she taken off the clown suit before the match was over.

Make-up rolls have not been entered, but I suspect we will be in last place when they are. Halfway through the season, I am ranked 19 of 35 (again, there could be a lot of makeup rolls that change that) with an average 270.8, which is 18 points ahead of last season.
