I just finished watching the miniseries,
A Gentleman in Moscow, based on the book of the same name that I read after listening to an
EconTalk episode interviewing the author about the book. I enjoyed all three.
The basic gist of the plot, without giving away any spoilers, is that a Russian Count is placed under house arrest after the Russian Revolution at the hotel he is living in. It is the story of his life and the lives of the people around him at the hotel over the decades.
