What happens when social media guidelines about what you can say are in conflict with reality?

I'm mostly posting this for the elaborate disclaimers Dr. Campbell gives during this video so that he can report on what a Pfizer executive says in a government hearing.

BTW, after thinking about it a while, I have decided that the whole argument being discussed is bullshit. You reduce transmission of a infection with a vaccine by preventing people from getting infected in the first place. If someone gets infected, despite being vaccinated, wouldn't you expect them to be able to transmit it as much as an equally infected non-vaccinated person. You could test that, but why would you?

So, in short, if your vaccine is actually highly effective at preventing infection in a population, it is also highly effective at stopping transmission in that population.

But, again, my purpose for posting this was because of all the included disclaimers because of the (also bullshit) YouTube policies.
