Has anyone else noticed that it seems like every reference to the Russian sub in Cuba calls it a "nuclear-powered sub" or "nuclear sub"? This feels like blatant fear-mongering because the media knows that some, probably a large, fraction of media consumers will jump to the conclusion that it is a submarine with nuclear weapons.
