Supreme is running again for president in 2024, this time for the Democratic nomination. Supreme has thus far obtained ballot access in one state for the Democratic primaries, New Hampshire. On December 8, 2023, Supreme appeared at the Lesser-Known Candidates Forum hosted by Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Supreme placed fifth in the New Hampshire Democratic primary with 0.7% of the vote. Supreme will also appear on the ballot for the Legal Marijuana Now Party's nomination in Minnesota, alongside four other candidates.
